Puketāpapa Community Rides – Te Auaunga Family Safari Ride

Enjoy a relaxed guided ride through the green spaces of Tāmaki Makaurau

Starting from the Bike Hub Mount Roskill, this ride is designed for families with small children or grandparents with grandchildren. There is no minimum rider age – balance bikes are welcome! On last year’s Moonlight Ride, we saw lots of toddlers zooming along on their balance bikes.

Our destination will be the playground at Ōwairaka Park, where we’ll enjoy morning tea. Bring your favourite snacks and drinks. On the way back, we’ll stop at the Pump Track in Underwood Park.

We’ll ride at a comfortable pace to suit all riders, with regular regroup points along the way.

This community ride is FREE and is suitable for all ages and is a great oppurtunity if you’re new to group riding or keen to explore your local paths in a supportive group.

Meet at Bike Hub Mount Roskill – Wesley Community Centre, 740 Sandringham Rd, Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.
